1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gk111 ("gk111", "we", "us", "the Platform") concerning your access to and use of the website located at https://gk111.cc and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, dice games, slot machines, promotional programmes, and payment services (collectively, the "Services").

• You have not previously had a gk111 Account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

gk111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification showing date of birth and current address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) calendar days of a request may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) gk111 Account. Opening or attempting to open a second Account — whether under the same identity or a different one — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep that information current throughout the life of your Account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes fraud.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gk111 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify gk111 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. gk111 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

gk111 may request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Until KYC is completed to gk111's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending verification. gk111 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete KYC documentation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

gk111 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladesh bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). This list is subject to change; the current list of approved methods is displayed on the cashier page of your Account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single transaction limits and daily/weekly limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. gk111 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account Balance within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation under normal operating conditions. gk111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or banking system maintenance.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by gk111 within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on the Account. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically completed within two (2) hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. gk111 will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the Account holder's verified identity.

5.5 Third-Party Payments

gk111 does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered in a name other than the Account holder's verified legal name. Any such deposit detected will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. Similarly, withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in the Account holder's own name.

5.6 Currency

All transactions on the gk111 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). gk111 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by you through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

gk111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup campaigns. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated at the time of the promotion. These general Terms apply to all offers unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be met in full. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be staked thirty times). Bets placed on games with an RTP below the threshold specified in the offer terms may not contribute fully to wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used and/or Wagering Requirements that are not completed within the time limit specified in the offer terms will expire and be removed from your Account Balance without compensation. Time limits are stated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

6.4 Bonus Abuse

gk111 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk, high-coverage bets (e.g., betting on all outcomes simultaneously) specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; colluding with other players; and using automated software or bots. If gk111 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to confiscate all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, suspend the Account, and permanently bar the player from future promotional offers.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets and wagers placed on gk111 are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. gk111 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the event of a manifest error as defined in clause 7.3.

7.2 Game Integrity

All slot and dice game outcomes on gk111 are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness and statistical integrity. 7.3 Manifest Errors

7.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are governed by the specific rules for each sport displayed in the betting section of the platform. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules in effect at the time the bet was placed. In-play bets accepted after a decisive event has occurred but before the Platform's system has registered the event may be voided at gk111's discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening or operating more than one gk111 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or using gk111 for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to disguise your true location if done with the intent to circumvent these Terms.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your gk111 Account.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:
